Les concours Aubrac ont été créés non seulement pour valoriser la qualité du travail des éleveurs, mais aussi pour renforcer le lien social entre professionnels et ouvrir les portes de l’agriculture au grand public.
Ils permettent à chacun de mieux comprendre un métier essentiel, souvent méconnu ou injustement critiqué, en allant à la rencontre de celles et ceux qui le vivent au quotidien.
